Is the price different?
The price is still set by the tradesperson's site visit and quote; the ranges on the platform are estimates based on 2026 market research. What the package provides is a single point of contact and planning aligned with the handover schedule; payment is made to the tradesperson on completion.
Is a site visit possible before handover?
In ongoing projects a site visit can be scheduled once the show flat or your own flat is open to visits; that way paint, flooring and kitchen decisions are settled before you move in. Our team sets a suitable date together with you.
