1. Role of the platform
The platform is an intermediary infrastructure that brings together people who need a service and independent professionals; the obligation to perform the work arises between the professional whose quote is accepted and the user.
2. Quote process
Creating a request and getting quotes is free. Request details are shared with the quoting professional only with explicit consent. Price ranges are estimates; the binding price is the professional's quote. No quote has to be accepted.
3. Obligations
The user provides accurate, up-to-date information and does not use the platform for unlawful purposes. Professionals are obliged to honour their quote and complete the work in line with regulations.
4. Limits of liability
For defects, delays and damages arising from the working relationship, primary liability lies with the professional who takes on the job. When a problem comes up, the support team looks for a solution together with the parties; this mediation is not a guarantee.
5. Changes and jurisdiction
The platform may update this agreement; the current text takes effect when published. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
