1. Application and approval
Membership application is free and is reviewed by the team; identity details and, depending on the service, a trade certificate, chamber registration or tax certificate may be requested. The platform reserves the right not to approve an application or to withdraw approval.
2. Forwarding of requests
After approval, requests matching the service and area, and carrying the requester's explicit consent, are forwarded. The requester's details are used only for that request; there is no promise that a request turns into a job.
3. Obligations
Providing accurate information, honouring the quote given, doing the work in line with regulations and safety rules, applying no hidden fees and not steering the request away from the platform.
4. Service fee
The intermediary fee and payment terms are not part of this text; they are notified separately and in writing when the application is approved. Changes to the terms are announced at least 15 days in advance.
5. Term and termination
The agreement is open-ended; the professional can end membership at any time by writing to info@bizzkaledizayn.com. In case of misleading information, breach of regulations or violation of this agreement, the platform may terminate membership immediately. İstanbul courts have jurisdiction in disputes.
